As The Mouse Whisperer (a.k.a. Phil Ballard) I specialise in supplying internet support to small businesses.  Services include website and intranet design, maintenance and improvement; search engine optimisation; server-side scripting in PHP and MySQL; client side design and programming in HTML and Javascript; and Linux hosting.

Most of my clients are small- to medium-sized businesses who feel they require an internet presence, but who have neither internal IT support to devise and maintain the necessary solutions, nor the huge IT budgets of larger enterprises.
