Recently, Google Forms were upgraded to allow you to customise your form using themes, as described in this previous post. Now the Google developers have given you even more ways to tweak and share those forms.
Firstly, as in Docs and Slides, you can use the Search the menus field under the Help menu to gain access to all of the tools without having to hunt through all the menus:
You also now have more control over the questions you ask, and how they may be answered.
- You can now randomise the order of questions on quizzes or surveys by using the recently introduced shuffle questions option.
- You can elect to receive only one answer per form recipient by checking only allow one response per user.
Finally, now when you click the Send form button, you have the option to check a box for creating a shortened URL to share, using the goo.gl URL shortening service.
These changes are on Rapid release, with Scheduled release coming in a week or two.
