Google has made a few upgrades to the new version of Google Forms. They’ve also now made the new version of Forms the default, though you can still opt to return to the earlier version if you wish.
Firstly, form creators are now able to configure Forms to send them an email notification whenever someone responds to their form. By default this is turned off, but users can enable it from the form’s settings menu:
Further, you can now review individual responses, as well as a summary, from right within the editor. Click on INDIVIDUAL and scroll through the responses using the arrow icons:
To further help in your customization of forms and their behavior, Forms now supports Add-ons, and use of Google Apps Script, direct from the Forms editor.
